Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Summit Facilities is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for contractor visits in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
