Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Harborlight Hollow Facilities Group looks after properties across the Tampa region. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a large organisation of about 254 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for cleaning schedules in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
