Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Maple Housing and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance stores in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
