Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Northwind West Freight Associates is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for claims in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
