Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Bluepeak Maple Manufacturing Group is a Detroit manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for customer orders in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
