Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Northwind Loom Property Management is a Knoxville property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
