Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Bright Mill Farms is an agricultural business based around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for cold storage in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
