Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Bluepeak Rook Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for lease compliance in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
