Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Cedar Junction Housing Group is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for rent assistance in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
