Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Northwind Vista Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for repair requests in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
