Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Ironwood Sable Water Authority Group is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for pipe repairs in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
