Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Silverline Yarrow Foods is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for allergen controls in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
