Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Summit Sable Property Management is a Cleveland property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
