Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Redstone Loom Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
