Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Silverline Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Birmingham region. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for customer estimates in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
