Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Iron Property Management and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
