Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Westbrook River Press produces print and digital publications in Jackson, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for proofing in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
