Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Providence, RI)

Bright Pine Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Providence. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for lease compliance in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
