Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Portland, OR)

Northwind Haven Housing is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for waiting lists in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Trade certification or licence.
