Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Philadelphia, PA)

Highbridge Ashton Facilities Group is a facilities company in Philadelphia with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for work orders in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
