Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Redstone Iron Construction Group and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Miami. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for subcontractor invoices in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
