Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Ember Property Management is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 537 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
