Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Madison, WI)

Silverline Kestrel Property Management looks after rental homes across the Madison area, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
