Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Madison, WI)

Greenridge Lantern Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Madison area, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Madison. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
