Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Louisville, KY)

Amberfield Corner Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Louisville, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for change orders in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
