Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Louisville, KY)

Rivermark Junction Property Management is a Louisville property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
