Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Kansas City, MO)

Silverline Fox Property Management is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
