Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Lakeside Freight is a Kansas City logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for loads and lanes in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
