Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Linden Facilities Group and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for contractor visits in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
