Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Jackson, MS)

Bright Ridge Property Management manages apartment communities around Jackson, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for rent collection in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
