Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Fern Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Jackson, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for ingredient orders in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
