Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Hartford, CT)

Northwind Ridge Property Management manages apartment communities around Hartford. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
