Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Fort Worth, TX)

Bright Field Housing is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for repair requests in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
