Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Vista Housing and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
