Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Pike Construction is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for project schedules in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
