Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Granite Housing manages affordable housing communities across Colorado Springs, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for repair requests in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
