Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Boston, MA)

Amberfield Pike Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Boston area. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people based in Boston. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for capital projects in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
