Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Austin, TX)

Highbridge Ember Press is a printer and publisher in Austin serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for paper stock in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
