Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Austin, TX)

Clearpath Ember Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for machine downtime in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
