Senior Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Austin, TX)

Greenridge Timber Property Management is a Austin property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
