Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Timber Property Management and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
