Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Rivermark Lantern Property Management is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
