Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Pine Housing and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for waiting lists in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
