Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Redstone Lantern Construction is a Rochester contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for permits in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
