Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Cross Facilities Group and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for supply orders in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
