Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Vale Housing Group and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for repair requests in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
