Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for recycling loads in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
