Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Linden Facilities and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for safety inspections in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
