Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Summit Meadow Housing Group is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 395 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for waiting lists in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
