Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Bright Orchard Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Seattle, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for harvest schedules in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
